Room Hire

Empowerment Oasis Hub is an easily accessible building for the wider community. 

Our hire rates start from £20 per hour. 

Our main room can accommodate 60-80 people, we have a fully equipped Commercial Kitchen attached to this room and is available for hire.  (To use our commercial kitchen, you will need to ensure that you are trained in Food Safety and hold a relevant qualification). 

Our smaller room can accommodate 40-50 people and a Kitchenette attached to this space for hire. 

We offer a sensory space for hire. 

We are happy to accept bookings for events, workshops, meetings, training, family gatherings, other groups or private functions. 

Events will be categorised into the following-Small, Medium or Large. 

Please note that we do not have a premises licence to sell alcohol. If your event requires the sale of alcohol, we can apply for a TEN (Temporary Event Notice) on your behalf, the charge will be passed onto the hirer. 

To hire any of our spaces you will be required to hold your own insurance for the relevant activity or event in which you'd like to host.
